Pensioner-elected Trustee

I joined Unilever in 1973 as an Electrical Apprentice. I spent all my working career at Unilever, mostly at Port Sunlight with brief spells at Warrington. I also led a team of European Electrical Engineers working to improve electrical safety and share best practices across our European sites. I finished my career managing the Port Sunlight site from an electrical perspective as well as managing the Site Services team.

I served as an active member of the Trustee Board for over 3 years until I retired in December 2018. I joined the Board again as a pensioner-elected Trustee in May 2023.

I've always been passionate about supporting people with their retirement. I feel very privileged to be a part of the Board and to continue to be able to help members as a pensioner-elected Trustee.
