I started my career at GlaxoSmithKline on their graduate sales program before joining Unilever in 2010. I spent the next 10 years in a variety of marketing and sales roles in the UK business before moving to a global marketing role. I joined the HR team in 2022 and partnered the Personal Care leadership team in setting up the Personal Care business group. In 2024, I moved to my current Personal Care Europe Business Partner role. And in May 2025, after 15 years as a Fund member, I joined the Board.

I want to use my diverse business experience in sales, marketing, and HR to help all members get the most from the Fund - which is a vital part of the overall employee experience at Unilever.
