What the member survey told us

Last November, we ran a member survey to find out how you feel about engaging with the Fund online, how you find our communications, and how confident you were when it came to planning for retirement.

We want to say a big thank you to everyone who took part – in total, we heard from just under 3,000 of you. That gives us a lot of rich insight.

Here’s what the survey told us.

72% of you feel very positive about your experience in the Fund – you feel well supported and informed.

Nearly 40% of you already manage your pension online. And more of you would like to, but you’d like to see features like secure messages and a live chat function introduced.

We listen to your feedback, so soon we’ll be introducing a live chat function.

But if you’d rather not manage your pension online, you’ll still be able to use phone and post.
