Your pension increase letter is now online.

This year, for the first time, we have put your pension increase information online. You can access it now by logging in to the online portal and going to My Mailbox.

You can also use the online portal to find other important information about your pension payments, like payslips and P60s, as well as updating your personal details.

Putting your pension increase letter online allows us to reduce the amount of paper we use. You’ll also be able to see the information about your increase sooner.

To see your pension increase information online, you just need to register for the online portal. Once you’re registered, we’ll send you future communications via email. We’ll also email you to let you know when your pension increase information is available to view in the future.

We know that getting information in this way is not for everyone, so if you would prefer to receive paper copies in the post, please complete the online form.

Reminder of how to register

You will need your email address, mobile phone number and National Insurance number.

  1. Go to portal.hartlinkonline.co.uk/unilever
  2. Create a login name (this cannot be your email address) and a strong password
  3. Enter a security question and answer
  4. Fill in your contact details and tell us where you would like us to send your PIN to – we will ask you to confirm who you are each time you log in by sending this to you by email or text message
  5. Fill in your personal details
  6. Enter the security code that we share on the screen

Then you can use the online portal.
