The Trustees are responsible for looking after the Fund’s assets. We run the Fund in line with its governing rules and UK pension law.

Huge thanks to Alex Aquino and Thomas Lingard for their hard work as Active-member Trustees, as they stand down after 4 years on the Board.

Alex’s help has been invaluable in shaping our approach to governance and service delivery. He has been a key member of the Board’s Defined Contribution Committee and has helped with important service delivery projects. Thomas played a key role in building our new investment strategy, which now factors in climate risk. We wish both Alex and Thomas the very best for the future.

I joined Unilever in 2020 and am currently an electrical engineer. I’ve always been passionate about using pensions and investments to secure a better future. I’m looking forward to working alongside my fellow Trustees to help get the best outcomes for the Fund’s members.

I joined Unilever 15 years ago and currently work as a Personal Care Europe Business Partner. The Fund is a vital part of the overall employee experience at Unilever, and I aim to draw on my 15 year experience as a Fund member, as well as my background in HR, sales and marketing, to help members get the most from it.
